Marketing Gone Awry? Controversy Over Flying Swine Flu Pig
While developing an e-mail flyer to market their Swine Flu Preparedness Poster, people at Personnel Concepts ultimately nixed the image pictured here of an ailing pig flying around the globe.
Some thought it humorous, but others found it insensitive to people who were actually suffering (and even dying) from the disease. (On the flyer, the image appeared as a much smaller image, to be accurate.)

We all know people are dying have and will die from swine flu but this is probably the most settle image I have seen out of all the images you see in the media. I think it’s rather ingenious. If this is what people think of when they think swine flu then this is how you should market them. There will always be cry babies and whinners.
